Celebrating my 22nd birthday with the family
it has become a tradition to buy a cake from a small patisserie located in North Sydney Greenwood Plaza(directly connected to North Sydney Station)

For my 22nd birthday, the cake chosen for tasting was Mars Bar Cheesecake
The cake has a biscuit base layer,large cheesecake layer topped with chocolate and covered with a generous layer of caramel and large chucks of chocolate pieces.
I warn you, this is not for the faint hearted. Caramel is thick and sticky and chocolate is very rich!
For those with a major sweet tooth, this is definitely one you MUST try :)
